At DK Fragrances, we are committed to delivering our signature fragrances to your doorstep with speed and safety. We understand the value of your purchase, which is why we handle every bottle with extreme care.
 

1. Delivery Coverage

We provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan. From major metropolitan hubs to smaller towns, we ensure our perfumes reach you wherever you are.
 

2. Free Shipping

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across Pakistan. There is no minimum order value required to avail of this service. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay.
 

3. Our Courier Partner

To ensure reliable and secure delivery, all our domestic shipments are handled exclusively by Leopards Courier. Their extensive network allows us to provide you with efficient service and real-time tracking.
 

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Main Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2 to 3 working days.
  • Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 5 working days.
  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the following working day.
 

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is handed over to Leopards, we will send you a Tracking ID via SMS to your registered mobile number (0340 6220481). You can track your shipment’s progress directly on the Leopards Courier Tracking Portal.
 

6. Secure Packaging

Perfumes are delicate and contain liquids. We use premium, multi-layered bubble wrapping and reinforced boxes to ensure your bottle reaches you without any leakage or breakage.
 

7. Damaged or Leaking Items

If your package arrives damaged or shows signs of leakage, please:
  1. Notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
  2. Contact our support team at 0340 6220481 (WhatsApp/Call).
  3. Provide a photo of the damaged bottle and the outer packaging.
    We will ship a replacement to you immediately at no extra cost.
